GBI signed up for slim ware then received… I signed up for slim ware then received notice that my drivers were still out of date, so I called it was Sunday, so I had to call back on Monday expecting they would give me a hard time, instead I got a fellow named Ozzie. Who spent a great deal of time with me for two issues that I had, He understood that I was 83 years old and did not know much about my computer he was patient and understanding and took the time to walk me through what I need to do. I am a happy camper. Drivers are all go to go. Thank you Ozzie.

GBI don't know what I would do without them! Slimware is always available 24/7, literally. They're very helpful and have been very patient with me when I've been a dunce. They're easy to contact, either speaking with them directly on the phone or by text chatting. They always remind me to close any personal information, which they're not allowed to see. that I can close the session at any moment. They're safe, they know what they're doing, and they're worth it. I've called them for simple things and difficult things - doesn't matter - they're happy to help. I don't know what I would do without them!

GBIt's my first time to try Slimware for… It's my first time to try Slimware for tech support on my laptop not just in installing a Media Player (VLC Media Player) but also in cleaning the computer from "bugs." Mick helped me on the first day. Then due to other glitches, on the second day, it was Roze who worked on it thoroughly to facilitate the speed and make it efficiently operate. The service was immediate and excellent. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Distance was not a problem in doing the tech work. Thanks a lot. I will surely recommend it to others.

GBPrinter offline I have been using slimware for approximately 5 years. I am please with them. However I wish their technicians would let the clients know what they are doing when the remote the computer. In other words a little bit of education would be widely appreciated.

GBA great team, especially for non computer minded oldies I am an elderly person with a limited understanding of computers, but very worried about scams. I have ignored many upgrade messages, uncertain in case they are scams. The people at Slimware have been very understanding and helpful. I was a bit concerned, when they took remote control of my computer, but my worries were unfounded. My computer had become extremely difficult to use, and I had great difficulty even getting started. Slimware spent hours putting things right. They are brilliant and I trust them. They have been well worth the fee that they charge.
