CAI couldn't RIP a CD because my computer… I couldn't RIP a CD because my computer didn't recognize some CD brand names. So, the technician advised me to keep trying until HBB type CD's worked. But for some reason my computer wouldn't include the Data that went with the CD. And that is where I am currently. I can RIP a CD but it doesn't include the data.

CAMy PC was almost beyond repair My PC was almost beyond repair. Lagging, freezing, just not working. I could not afford a new one, so I tried Slimwares support. They spent several hours on it. The first time, because my computer was in such bad shape, it took overnight. That did not completely solve the problems. They went back at it remotely and then, viola it was working like a charm!. Thank you so much!!

GBI signed up for slim ware then received… I signed up for slim ware then received notice that my drivers were still out of date, so I called it was Sunday, so I had to call back on Monday expecting they would give me a hard time, instead I got a fellow named Ozzie. Who spent a great deal of time with me for two issues that I had, He understood that I was 83 years old and did not know much about my computer he was patient and understanding and took the time to walk me through what I need to do. I am a happy camper. Drivers are all go to go. Thank you Ozzie.

GBI was very impressed with Slimware I was very impressed with Slimware. Not only did they clean up the operating system of my laptop but they solved a long standing problem I had where my computer would not talk to my printer although both devices had recognised and were logged on to my wi-fi. Slimwares operator was professional, patient and very polite.

GBFor years I have found Slimware tech… For years I have found Slimware tech support to be the best in their field. I have always taken time to give them great reviews in their follow up surveys. However, today I had a very difficult session with one of their tech people. But this time I did not get a follow-up survey. That system obviously doesn’t work
