GBI was very impressed with Slimware I was very impressed with Slimware. Not only did they clean up the operating system of my laptop but they solved a long standing problem I had where my computer would not talk to my printer although both devices had recognised and were logged on to my wi-fi. Slimwares operator was professional, patient and very polite.

CAI couldn't RIP a CD because my computer… I couldn't RIP a CD because my computer didn't recognize some CD brand names. So, the technician advised me to keep trying until HBB type CD's worked. But for some reason my computer wouldn't include the Data that went with the CD. And that is where I am currently. I can RIP a CD but it doesn't include the data.

GBA great team, especially for non computer minded oldies I am an elderly person with a limited understanding of computers, but very worried about scams. I have ignored many upgrade messages, uncertain in case they are scams. The people at Slimware have been very understanding and helpful. I was a bit concerned, when they took remote control of my computer, but my worries were unfounded. My computer had become extremely difficult to use, and I had great difficulty even getting started. Slimware spent hours putting things right. They are brilliant and I trust them. They have been well worth the fee that they charge.

CAMy PC was almost beyond repair My PC was almost beyond repair. Lagging, freezing, just not working. I could not afford a new one, so I tried Slimwares support. They spent several hours on it. The first time, because my computer was in such bad shape, it took overnight. That did not completely solve the problems. They went back at it remotely and then, viola it was working like a charm!. GBI have had a good experience with Slimware I have had a good experience with all of the call center reps and the technicians who have worked on my laptop and since my laptop is almost 6 years old there was much needed doing. i would recommend Slimware Utilities to others who are looking for similar service providers.
