GBTechnicians are fantastic, the wait to get them is unacceptable The interaction with the technician, Fernando Ignacio was as expected - truly great. However, I have had an excessively long wait time, several hours to get the technician(s). The wait time is unacceptable. Then the first line individuals continually try the "hard sell" to the point of being obnoxious in trying to sell the "latest product." They simply fail to understand the word "NO" This is very fustrating and if it was not for the high quality of the 2nd level techs I would not stay with this product. Reviewing the technical assistance; not the MyCleanPC product.

GBThe best virus scan/anti-hacking program... I can't understand some of the negative comments/reviews that I just read about "My Clean PC/US Tech Support/My Clean ID...Although I can't remember how long I've been a customer, it was at the beginning stages of viruses on computers when I saw a commercial and thought "why not"? It has been the absolute best "why not try it"? program...Now all of a sudden scammers/hackers/viruses have become rampant...I simply call "tech support" and problem is solved...At first I was concerned when the "free scan" had a "hidden" fee and I was asked for my credit card #..However, over the many years that I've been a customer I have had pleasant conversations/assistance from their technicians which is so important nowadays...I would highly recommend My Clean ID to everyone!!

GBBest tech support service ever! There was a problem with the keyboard and mouse that made it almost impossible to communicate via chat, social media, or e-mail. The technician uncovered an underlying problem and fixed it too, without my having to request troubleshooting. My computer is now fully operational and I can complete my work in time to meet my deadline.

GBCriminal Scam - Avoid! This is a scam by a criminal organization. I originally subscribed for a laptop that was running slowly. MyCleanPC did not improve performance. I bought a new laptop and called to cancel. I was assured my subscription would be cancelled. I was charged a renewal. I again called to cancel. I just received another email saying that the service was about to be renewed for $250. I am furious. I called to cancel and was told they could not cancel because the SystemMechanic software was still running. I no longer own the laptop that was originally used. I told the tech support that if they can see the software running (which they cannot) then they can disable it. The laptop was put in the garbage and the hard drive destroyed. Avoid MyCleanPC at all costs - or it will cost you more than they advertise.

The process was accomplished by Julie Anne from US Tech Support who was at once a professional who knew how to accomplish the task in a very short amount of time.
