GBProfessionalism stills count My main screen wasn't placed back on my computer and to me my computer was acting slow. Later on Jeremy had contacted me and went to work. In less than 30 minutes he contacted me and told me it was all done, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He left me a summary statement on what he had done. He makes US tech Support look good.

GBRecurring charges after subscription cancelled. Good product however I have been trying for months to terminate service and stop the $19.95 monthly fees, after cancellation. This is my 4th try, even after receiving an email saying the subscription was cancelled and indicated a refund would be forthcoming. That was promised in June 2023, and my card just got hit for $19.95 in July. I removed the debit card on my account, and they are still charging me. This is in use at an American Legion in Granbury, Tx, so cleanly Pc is ripping off a veteran organization. Please help.

GBfaster is better. computer is running smoother and not hanging up for quite awhile. I went up on an older computer recently at the same website I thought that System mechanic didn't catch that on my new Mark gave me suggestions to improve my computer experience.

GBBest tech support service ever! There was a problem with the keyboard and mouse that made it almost impossible to communicate via chat, social media, or e-mail. The technician uncovered an underlying problem and fixed it too, without my having to request troubleshooting. My computer is now fully operational and I can complete my work in time to meet my deadline.

GBTechnicians are fantastic, the wait to get them is unacceptable The interaction with the technician, Fernando Ignacio was as expected - truly great. However, I have had an excessively long wait time, several hours to get the technician(s). The wait time is unacceptable. Then the first line individuals continually try the "hard sell" to the point of being obnoxious in trying to sell the "latest product." They simply fail to understand the word "NO" This is very fustrating and if it was not for the high quality of the 2nd level techs I would not stay with this product. Reviewing the technical assistance; not the MyCleanPC product.
