GBDo not be suckered into this scam Do not be suckered into this scam. There is very little customization. I called to cancel the subscription. A year later I got charged again. I called and a rude customer service rep not from the United States tried to tell me I only cancelled the monthly subscription but not the yearly subscription. He then insulted me by telling me "It's only $20, it's cheap". You do not tell people what is affordable to them or not. What a scam.

GBThe best virus scan/anti-hacking program... I can't understand some of the negative comments/reviews that I just read about "My Clean PC/US Tech Support/My Clean ID...Although I can't remember how long I've been a customer, it was at the beginning stages of viruses on computers when I saw a commercial and thought "why not"? It has been the absolute best "why not try it"? program...Now all of a sudden scammers/hackers/viruses have become rampant...I simply call "tech support" and problem is solved...At first I was concerned when the "free scan" had a "hidden" fee and I was asked for my credit card #..However, over the many years that I've been a customer I have had pleasant conversations/assistance from their technicians which is so important nowadays...I would highly recommend My Clean ID to everyone!!

GBI'm a long time, happy customer! But this USTech Rep, produced the best results, EVER! I'm a long time, very satisfied USTech customer. They have always done a very good job. However, this tech did the best job, EVER, of addressing the performance problem I've had for some time. This PC has an SSD "hard drive", but over time, it has gotten progressively slower. A number of other USTeck reps have attempted to "fix" the problem. However this USTech rep's effort resulted is a TERRIFIC IMPROVEMENT. MY MANY THANKS TO HIM!!!!!!!
