GBDon't bother buying from these Muppets Don't bother buying from these Muppets Despite Ordering on the UK website. Items shipped from Poland, the delivery date quoted at purchase was 5 days after 14 days still no update as to when it will be delivered. After emailing and calling them still none the wiser. When you call them you eventually speak to someone in Poland. I suspect the London office is just a mailing address, a virtual office to appear as if it's a UK company. After two weeks with still no update I am now trying to recover costs through my credit card! Update.. After a total of three weeks it finally turned up. Unfortunately supplied with EU Power supplies, I contacted them again to explain that by law products bought in the UK need to be supplied with the correct 3 pin plug. Amazingly the replacement PSU arrived the nextday.

GBMisleading details Misleading details. Advertised as waterproof covering enough for a 8'x10' roof. Sent enough to cover a small dolls house. Rip off.

ILNever buying from their Israeli site again I'm still unsure what Senetic actually "is" but my best guess is that they're a Polish company with a number of worldwide franchisees. I had the misfortune of dealing recently with their typically unprofessional Israeli representative, Tomer. After purchasing a wired router, I didn't hear back from the company for a number of days. As a few days had elapsed without response, I messaged again to request an order update (specifically, I wanted a slightly different product). Their Israeli representative responded in an unprofessional manner, chastising me for seeking updates over the holiday period. My second email was simply ignored. Hence, I'm receiving a product that is no longer exactly what I want. Having lived in Israel for a number of years, I am more than used to the typically rude and unprofessional manner in which Israelis run their businesses, but I still go out of my way to avoid the worst offenders. It's been a number of weeks and DHL Israel (another useless Israeli business) have no update as to where my package is. Needless to say neither DHL Israel nor Senetic Israel have had the manners to either apologize or provide an update. Their justification is that this is a "holiday period" in Israel. As I wrote to Tomer, if that is the case, perhaps they shouldn't take customers' money then, because it seems that they are unprepared to process orders in a timely fashion. Being Israeli, I doubt that Tomer is amenable to a lesson about common manners and professionalism. But perhaps it would benefit it to learn how normal companies deal with customers. The lesson I draw from this experience is this: avoid buying in Israel wherever possible. And personally, I would never do business with Senetic again.

GBLate but not their fault Despite being a late delivery (not Senetic’s but UPS UK’s fault), the customer support provided by Weronika and Karolina were amazingly helpful. As soon as they realise my monitor is being held at customs in UK, they did not stop chasing UPS to release my package. They wrapped the package nicely so it arrived in a good condition. Im happy to have finally receive my monitor in one piece. One recommendation I might give is to probably avoid UPS as your delivery courier if possible, they are really slow. Nevertheless, thank you again Weronika and Karolina for being so helpful!
