Easy order, and great price bad shipping through UPS The ordering was easy and convenient, and I love almost ever experience i've had, and the only issue I did have was rectified by NewEgg very quickly when i wasn't able to contact one of their third party vendors. however this time even though I gave 4 stars I am livid with Ups, because they cant follow instruction clearly listed on my order and leave my package instead they didn't leave it they made me drive across town the next day and pick it up from a drop off store, so 4 stars.

Much better these days Newegg has redeemed itself in my book. I had a few bad experiences in the past , but for the past few years it’s been fantastic.

Go anywhere else that seems safer and healthier Im being accused of not shipping these items back. They lost 2 items on my first order. Then challenged me on returning items back to them, after I followed all their "30-day hassle free return" steps. Their services are trash. Their shipping is trash. Good luck, better to find a micro center or better online service fs.

The biggest problem with NewEgg The biggest problem with NewEgg is they suppress and censor reviews. I had 2 reviews removed because I wrote my ASUS motherboard was DOA and then the replacement died in 6 months. They told me they would not post my review because it was at ASUS customer service and not about the motherboard? Huh? Terrible company and I don't trust them or the reviews there. Will take my business else where.
