GBThe biggest problem with NewEgg The biggest problem with NewEgg is they suppress and censor reviews. I had 2 reviews removed because I wrote my ASUS motherboard was DOA and then the replacement died in 6 months. They told me they would not post my review because it was at ASUS customer service and not about the motherboard? Huh? Terrible company and I don't trust them or the reviews there. Will take my business else where. GBNot compliant with UK law Have a GPU that likely needs repair or replacement. Being based in the UK, we have certain rights as it relates to purchases made in the UK (one of them being a 6 month window for repair or replacement if there's a fault with the goods). Despite Newegg's own help articles recognising this, and flagging UK law multiple times, their customer support team was awful to deal with, simply repeating the US policy on 30 returns and eventually going silent and shutting down the chat. If you're based in the UK, do not buy from Newegg. Buy from Amazon instead. Customer support and policies are compliant with UK law. Waaaayyyy better experience and far better peace of mind/security when spending several hundred pounds on a GPU.

GBNewegg stated that they delivered my… Newegg stated that they delivered my package to the correct address, despite no signature, notification, or confirmation from me. They merely sent a photo of the box on the floor or outright denied my claim without proper investigation. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear they need to be held accountable. I advise others to avoid purchasing from them, as I've experienced issues with two separate orders. I've already reached out to UPS and my bank for assistance. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's best to consider purchasing items in-store rather than risking similar experiences online. When I called 4 times 2 times they hung up on me told me to go screw myself the other 2 calls they said it’s not there problem stay away!

GBGo anywhere else that seems safer and healthier Im being accused of not shipping these items back. They lost 2 items on my first order. Then challenged me on returning items back to them, after I followed all their "30-day hassle free return" steps. Their services are trash. Their shipping is trash. Good luck, better to find a micro center or better online service fs.
