Designed and built and entire rig Designed and built and entire computer via new egg. The main board was defective and i ended up returning it to new egg for a full refund. the replacement board worked fine. It was my fault for using a cheap board.

unhappy Newsmay… Both power supplies on our new Newsmay failed. Contacted for replacements, we were sent used (supposedly tested) replacements. Was going to buy more for our office - will find alternative.

NewEgg/PC Online Scam/Rip Off This item was represented as NEW on the website and with Windows 11 Pro. When we opened it and started setup it was found the computers had all been shipped to the United Arab Emirates in May and June of 2023. Linux was the operating system that was originally installed on the machines but that was switched to Windows 11. Only 2 of the 3 had product keys for the Windows 11 Pro setup. The Dell 1-yr warranty was also almost expired. I have left multiple voice mails for PC Online with no response.

Easy order, and great price bad shipping through UPS The ordering was easy and convenient, and I love almost ever experience i've had, and the only issue I did have was rectified by NewEgg very quickly when i wasn't able to contact one of their third party vendors. however this time even though I gave 4 stars I am livid with Ups, because they cant follow instruction clearly listed on my order and leave my package instead they didn't leave it they made me drive across town the next day and pick it up from a drop off store, so 4 stars.
