Never ever buy anything from them Never ever buy anything from them. Sold broken laptop and refuse to repair it unless I pay for it. They keep saying its customer damage/missuse and not manufacturing issue despite of the picture proof of the issue being present day one out of the box. Its like hitting a brick wall trying to talk to them as they just ignore facts. Shady practice and scamming customers out of their money. Somewhere near 360 quid for repair on a laptop that costed 2500 quid that was faulty from the box. When calling them they refuse to put a manager on telling me to email complaints instead.

Stay away from Asus store! Horrible service Stay away from Asus store at all costs. I made the mistake of making a purchase here just because it was £20 cheaper than Amazon. I received no updates for a while. Not on my account, not in emails. Then the "processing" indication turned to "completed" after I get an SMS from DPD saying they couldn't deliver. With no option to make any changes, I called the store. Horrible customer service! I got a reply saying it is not their responsibility that the order couldn't be delivered! After two weeks of back and forth I couldn't get anywhere with them. So I made a complaint to PayPal and got a refund thanks to their flawless service.

Swift delivery, packaged well, guided set-up and all working well. The laptop was delivered very quickly at no extra cost. Beautifully wrapped and presented. Setting up was relatively easy although I would much prefer more information sent with the package. Whilst a full manual is not necessary a little more than what was sent would have been helpful. However, a relatively small criticism and I am sure most devices are sent in this way. Overall, quite happy with the laptop and all is working well so far!

ASUS ROG STRIX LC II 240 Free 2 days delivery(over £150) , and It was actually delivered within two days. I have had it installed on my computer for two weeks and it is very quiet when used lightly. When the computer is doing video editing, even with heavy use, the computer is quite quiet (but I'm not sure where the slight noise is coming from).
