ROG STRIX LC 360 RGB Ordered on the Tuesday came on Thursday, packaged well. The cooler itself is brilliant, keeps my overclocked CPU at a perfect temp with literally no noise. The ARGB work well with Armoury crate. Fan speeds are setup with Fan expert, so don’t need to worry about changing any speeds myself or doing any profile for them, does it all for you.

Faulty product with a high price I purchased a £1700 laptop in December 2021. The computer has just failed, problem with graphic or motherboard when checked at local repair shop, they have informed it is beyond economical repair. Now checking I find it is out of warranty but have come find out this is a common fault with this product. If I send it to their repair shop they will wipe the data, which again is not useful. Seriously disappointed after investing in a high end laptop that if having gone with another manufacturer would have not had this fault. I won’t be buying their products again, avoid.

ASUS TUF 1000W-G PSU: Future-Proof Your PC Build I recently purchased the TUF 1000W-G PSU from ASUS Store UK and was delighted to discover that delivery was free. This was a great perk, as it saved me money. The power supply itself is ATX3.0 certified and provides future-proofing for the latest GPU and MOBO. Even with power-hungry components, there's still plenty of wattage to spare. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service provided by ASUS Store UK.

Delivery Very Fast, but Customer Information is Mediocre. Ordered a mouse on sale Monday morning with Standard Shipping, received an order confirmation but didn't receive any shipping notifications or tracking numbers. Item arrived Tuesday around noon by DPD, while still listed as "processing" on the order page, i.e. not shipped. Fortunately, I was in at the time. It's great that it arrived so quickly with the cheaper shipping, but it's insane that I don't know it was shipped until it arrived. There needs to be some better communication with the customer.

I had to ring Asus (Kalina) as heard nothing from courier as promised. However, she promised delivery before the end of 4th day and this happened. Well done her, she honestly sounded interested in my concerns and was calm throughout. So any problems were only in my tendency to worry about £1200 in the UK courier service. So, Asus, you did exactly as you said you would except I wasn't aware item was out for delivery until I called. Small issue.
