Costumer Support inexistent Costumer Support inexistent. I spoke to a fellow that told me it was impossible for me to have bought my phone on their online store, which I did. He told me to reach support on my account, which lead me back to the number I was speaking with him. Now just trying to complain as loud as I can in the ASUS forums, maybe someone will help me fix (its a permanently blurred camera in asuszenfone9)

ROG STRIX LC 360 RGB Ordered on the Tuesday came on Thursday, packaged well. The cooler itself is brilliant, keeps my overclocked CPU at a perfect temp with literally no noise. The ARGB work well with Armoury crate. Fan speeds are setup with Fan expert, so don’t need to worry about changing any speeds myself or doing any profile for them, does it all for you.

10/10 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought ASUS Zenbook when it was in SALE. I used discount code as advertised in website. When I received a confirmation of purchase email. I was shocked to see an invoice from LaptopOutlet. I was a bit worried when looking into negative reviews. OFCOURSE!! Your mind captures most of the negative than positive. But to be honest there were more positive review than negative. So I waited patiently, then my product arrived. Opened the box, brand new. No problem what so ever. Happy with the service and quick delivery. Will definitely purchase in the near Future.

Repair Loop with no solution Couple of weeks before my warranty was to expire, the laptop started crashing when on battery. I’ve created a repair ticket and send the laptop to them, after a couple of days they send it back and said there is no problem. I called ASUS UK support and the guy on the line was very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised me to send it again, as the issue wasn’t fixed, still under warranty, but told me to share a link with them to a video of the problem, that’s exactly what I did. They didn’t watch the video and sent it back stating that it was tested and no problems found. I called the ASUS support again today, and he told me to send it through AGAIN! I have been buying and recommending ASUS products for 12 years. This is the last time I will buy anything from them. Companies that treat customers like trash should be punished by buyers.

Another tale of very, very poor service Our laptop screen failed suddenly after 9 months and, based on remote examination by photo, they said that it was 99.9% certain that it was damaged by us. They were even able to diagnose that it had been caused by the lid being closed on a pen that had been accidentally left on the keyboard!! It's an absolute load of nonsense, of course, and is a shoddy attempt by Asus to avoid their responsibilities to address the obvious hardware fault that has occurred. We won't be buying Asus again and would advise others to learn from our mistake!
