Excellent product! Excellent product, delivered on time and with everything as ordered. I am using the Zeus 270W charger daily as my main charger for my M1 Max MacBook Pro and iPhone XS, and am very pleased with the performance, the clear display, the multinational plugs supplied (as I will be travelling in the long-term) and pretty much everything about the experience. Would not hesitate to buy again from Chargeasap!

If you're thinking about ordering from Chargeasap, read this first! I almost never leave reviews, good, bad or indifferent, but in this case, I feel compelled to give the review I wish I had seen before ordering. I joined the kickstarter campaign more than two years ago. Long past any date at which I could dispute the charge or request a charge-back from my card issuer. Oh well. My loss. A recent communication from Chargeasap, confirming my lengthy wait, offers an alternative they will fulfill in May of 2023. Save you money. Go buy an Anker!

ZEUS 270W from Indiegogo campaign Absolutely negative experience. The ZEUS 270W charger I got from their Indigogo campaign stopped working after two uses. They've been telling me for months that they will send a replacement but at the moment it's just talk, no facts. If and when they prove to be a serious company by making the replacement, I will change my rating.

User and travel friendly made products Bought the Omega 100W and 200W previously and now the Zeus 270W from Chargeasap. Very happy with the well designed products and considerate details they put into these chargers. For example, wattage table and different wattage for each port printed on the units. The ease to change the plug to different countries. It's a great accessory to have for travelers, techies and/or people that just needed to charge everything at once.

Poor quality Ordered a Zeus charger. First delivery came with months of delay and did not work! Got a replacement again with months of delay and it’s again not working (the EU plug adaptor is not working where as the other do). Do they test items before sending them out? Wonder how such a company can survive. They don’t follow European laws as to money back guarantee. 8 months after placing the initial order, I have a not working unit and one where the adaptor is not working. Asked for a free replacement and some compensation for the catastrophic customer service! Don’t buy anything there!!!
