I received two Zeus USB C power… I received two Zeus USB C power supplies nine months ago. One of the units ran extremely hot and smelled like plastic burning. It ran for about 5 minutes and then died. I reached out to Chargeasap customer support and requested a replacement. They claimed all of the units were allocated to pledges and I would have to wait until the next batch of units started shipping to receive a replacement. So I checked back in a month and received the same message or that I would be getting one within a few weeks. This has continued now for over NINE months. I regularly receive sales emails from Chargeasap with a banner at the top of the email "Zeus 280 Now Shipping". Clearly I am being lied to. I left a poor review on their website but they did not post it, they only seem to post 4-5 star reviews left on their site. BUYER BEWARE If you receive a defective product, you have just thrown money in the trash because their customer service will never send a replacement or give you a refund. Request #44898

Love my Omega charger Love my Omega charger, I cant travel without it anymore its really compact unlike my previous charger and Im able to travel between the UK, Europe and the US with one charger. Super quick to charge and Im now tempted to buy the new 280w version.

Do not buy from Chargeasap! Ordered a spark power bank from Chargeasap on 11th Jan 2021 still not received, over a year later for £113 But have found an almost identical unit from a different company. (Looks identical too) selling for £84. So would recommend any body thinking of purchase for Chargeasap, just consider you will be spending more on an item that will probably not turn up for a year, so look on amazon that will cost less and you will obtain in a reasonable time. Rubbish products and terrible customer… Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.

I almost never leave reviews, good, bad or indifferent, but in this case, I feel compelled to give the review I wish I had seen before ordering. I joined the kickstarter campaign more than two years ago. Long past any date at which I could dispute the charge or request a charge-back from my card issuer. Oh well. My loss. A recent communication from Chargeasap, confirming my lengthy wait, offers an alternative they will fulfill in May of 2023. Save you money. Go buy an Anker!
