GYI want to say they were very nice to me… I want to say they were very nice to me as an international buyer that travelled 1200 miles to get a GPU , however I could have felt some racism from the guys at the front when they made some excuse and told me only US citizen can buy from their store which made no sense at all . I wish they get themselves rectified in there . Cashier's were super awesome and they even helped me out when I had a cab waiting . True customer service!!

GBPoor Customer Service and Communication I heard amazing things about Micro Center, so when my computer needed a repair I was happy one was close to me. The associates both times I went in for service said very few words to any questions I had. When their answers were longer and used lots of technical terms, I essentially had to ask them to "dumb it down" for me and was met with 1 or 2 word answers. I ended up overpaying way too much to have all of my data completely gone on a 5 year old laptop, which was not made clear to me at all before I approved the purchase. I was under the impression I just needed the swollen battery to be replaced. I strongly regret going to Micro Center which is a shame because I had such high hopes. I also don't think the associate was knowledgeable as he would give very vague or broad comments such as "your 5-year-old laptop could last a day or 10 years".

GBDon't bother if you don't live locally!!! This place is a joke if you don't live local. They only have 2 shippable CPUs under $400 and neither of them are compatible with any of their motherboards that can be shipped. Makes no sense that a limited amount of items are shippable when all the components are within your location. You are losing all of your non-local, potential business simply because you won't ship all of your compatible components.

GBNo clue Service department I took my 2in1 laptop in to get the broken hinges repaired. A month later it was done, except the tablet function didn't work. They took it back and again after another month I discovered the touch screen in tablet mode quits working after 5 minutes. Worst service ever. They have no clue what their doing.

GBGhosted and Ignored After you Spend $$$$ Microcenter is fine for advice when willing to spend thousands to build a system, but heaven forbid you have a problem. Their tech team is incompetent – at best. After spending more than $4,000 on a custom-build, they simply throw their hands in the air when it does not work. Beware if you need anything more than an off-the-shelf piece of equipment.
