GBMost unprofessional company I have ever encountered Reserved a Smart TV online upon conversation with the Micro center customer rep over phone. He assured this is brand new TV and I can reserve it by paying the amount on the website. When I went to pickup the TV at their Paterson, NJ which almost about 45 mins drive, store manager says if I need the TV I will have to pay extra $800. He said website has incorrect data and is maintained by their Corporate office. He can do nothing about it. One piece of advice to the company. Be little professional and stick to your word. Never going to recommend them to any of my family & friends.

GBThe bad reviews are actually bad customers I have shopped at Micro Center for many years. Their return policy is incredibly generous; their in-house Inland products are generally a good value; and they can sell you a computer ("PowerSpec") brand that is worth the price of entry and, get this, actually serviceable by anyone with half a brain. Unfortunately most of the reviews here, lack said half a brain. People are human; stores aren't perfect. But if you want to pretend that one of the best-regarded computer stores in the US should be more like a 5-star restaurant, and bow down to your idiocy, then you are gonna be disappointed.

GBmicro center is the best, because there is no competition micro center, i went there yesterday and purchased all the components for a gaming pc.i specifically asked about included hardware, would cables be labeled, i don't want any of those led lights and can everything be from the same manufacturer. now i am sitting hours away, back at home with several thousand dollars of nothing i asked for. the fact that you can't see what you are buying until after it is paid for sucks. there was no place for me to see what was in the box they packed, out of view, that supposedly contained what i had asked for. almost none of the screws provided fit anywhere. the whole affair i was given is infested with led lights, that are required for the pc to function according to the reading material that came with. i got about 15 cables total, mostly decoy's. none of them labeled and no instructions for anything. none of the stuff is from the same manufacturer. there is no customer service that actually connects. the text line, the phone number, e-mail, and the website all contain zero assistance. sure, everyone in the store seemed polite enough, but i can't think of a time in my life i have ever been so disregarded and ignored as a paying customer.

GBGhosted and Ignored After you Spend $$$$ Microcenter is fine for advice when willing to spend thousands to build a system, but heaven forbid you have a problem. Their tech team is incompetent – at best. After spending more than $4,000 on a custom-build, they simply throw their hands in the air when it does not work. Beware if you need anything more than an off-the-shelf piece of equipment.

GBDo not buy things here. No returns! Do not buy things here. You cant return them. The 15 day returns are a joke. Nobody has that kind of time commitment. Two mothns ago they suckered me into buying a premium grade display $149 over online price that is not compatible with macbook laptop. Went in to the store with packaged product and receipt, asked for store credid and they would not honor the return. Stared looking at networking products, all on average 15% over retail market average. Honestly some brick and mortar dinosaurs like this dont deserve to be supported. Amazon to the rescue. I will line Besos’ pockets in exchange for decent customer service.
