GBGood service and support so far! Our office switch to Ooma about 2 months ago. While in the beginning, there were a few "hiccups", overall, the service and support has been great. Our sales person was extremely helpful in setting up our system and the support team has been professional and friendly any time I have had an issue. ... and, we are saving significantly over what we were paying to AT&T.

GBGreat Features and Mobile App We have had Ooma Office for a few years now and it has been a huge upgrade compared to our previous provider. We love being able to have a mobile app to dial out as our main office number from anywhere. We have the flexibility at our fingertips to transfer the phones to any number at any time. There are rare outages, but that would happen anywhere. I have, at times had trouble getting through to support after hours, but that is rare as well.

GBSCAMMERS!… If I could give these scammers a negative 100, I would. There's a reason why their feaux company is online only. We don't even use VOIP anymore, that was decades ago. That should've been the second clue. Third, this is how they con you: Customer service is pleasant, and they should be, but because they were nice, they get a star. The equipment comes neatly packaged and you really think you're doing something UNTIL their *ish doesn't work. Oh, the phones work, their system MOST DEFINITELY DOES NOT! This isn't an American company. Their documentation is outdated to the MAX. Their help line number doesn't work, nor does anything within those documents. I'm not going to further list their wrongs so they can tighten up on ALL of their errors to better scam people, but what I will say is DON'T BE SCAMMED by these crooks. After canceling with them they go into overdrive trying to keep you, DON'T DO IT! Send them all of their play equipment back. Also, over a year of not having their service, out of the blue I get a call from them wanting to know why we canceled. After that rundown and a quick sales pitch from them, of course we declined, but we began getting all kinds of SPAM SCAM CALLS from them every day, three and four times a day! I reported them to the FCC. What they don't know is who I am and what I do. So, they're under heavy investigation. I have ALL of their spoofed numbers, and I'm able to pinpoint exactly where EVERY call has come from, down to where they are and the Telecommunications company their using to do their Government Fraud Scams, in particular, Medicare. It NEVER PAYS to be a scammer/crook, because within seconds I have their address and their REAL identities. So they wanna play ball, prison is within your near future, (Shipping department for Medicare supplies, you guys kept trying it) Modern technology will always win. LET'S GET IT!

GBOoma does not care about customers I was offered a chance to sign up for a free Ooma account as part of a package deal with T-Mobile. When things went wrong with T-mobile, I canceled my account and returned their equipment. When the Ooma equipment arrived, I called to ask for a return label; I hadn't opened the box or used the equipment. The customer service rep refused to send me a label, and we ended up having to pay nearly twenty five dollars to ship it back! I think this is very poor customer service indeed!

GB9 years with Ooma and satisfied. My business has been with Ooma for the last 9 years. We've had minimal issues (there was a problem with forwarding at one point that was resolved pretty quickly), and the crucial find me/follow me service we rely on has been solid. The app works well for outbound calling on our cellphones, and I use an analog adapter so I can also keep my trusty old rotary phone in service for the fun of it. and the price is far lower than we paid for our old VoIP provider (Speakeasy).
