GBWhen I initially called your sevice, your representative told me I will have all the following Russian channels:RTVi, NTV America, Vremja,RTN, RTN+, RTR Planet, STS,Channel1. As the result, I have instead STS(9899), DTSKY(9900), AMDIA(9901), RKINO(9902),ILUZN(9904). All are the Russian channels. I am not talking about American channels now. But your representative initially gave me the wrong information about the Russian channels. So I do not have whatever was expected. Also I would need the full list of all channels you provide with the names and numbers of the channels. I do not know how you are going to solve that problem but now I am very unsatisfied with that. Also nobody told me about 2 years contract I have to follow. I am very regret that I switched to your service. Sincerely, Irene Michaels.

GBRainy start My TV has gone out 3 times, for various lengths, during my first 2 weeks as a Dish customer. 2 of those times were during heavy rainstorms. I hope service improves. I do fully enjoy the functionality the Hopper brings. Picture quality is as good as any other HD programming I've seen.

GBHorrible! We have never had worse service ever. Dish network should be ashamed by sending out an unqualified service technician that spent 3 hours and left a complete unfinished mess. Holes drilled half way through walls, tools left in the yard, no service. Yet dish was informed we had activated service. Horrible horrible dealings trying to get people to understand we had no service yet you had our money! Finally a technician came to our home and spent over 4 hours repairing and installation of the dish. We will never use your service again, nor recommend you. Shame on dish network

GBcan't ever get to talk to a supervisior I have had bad luck so far with my service, i requested a channel guide and waited over two weeks called and asked for a channel guide and was told that it would be sent, waited another week and still no guide. Called again and asked for a supervisior and was told that he or she was too busy to take my call. If i havent have signed a 2 year contract I would cancell my service i am very dissapointed in Dish

GBCompany Scam people with bondle package Do not get this services, customer services are not appropriated training to tell you the true about their services. I got Dish only for 8 days. I was not happy with the services call customer for cancellation, now they are charging me $400.+ for each services internet and $400. for cable for cancellation fees. I do not may pay cancellation fees but to pay $921. for cancel that is ridiculous. We should go to court to stop the Dish Scam with customers.
