GBMisrepresentation of product Build listed my vanity as including a mirror. I contacted customer service to let them know I hadn't received it. After being on the phone for an hour, I was informed this was an error on their webpage but there would be no compensation or replacement item. No accountability. Will not use their service again.

GBAlmost non-existent customer service. Taking orders for discontinued merchandise. I TWICE spent over 40 minutes waiting on hold and nobody picked up the phone. When I did get an agent, he advised me to buy three valves that I needed for a three thousand dollar shower system that I had ordered a week earlier. Less than a day later, my shower system order was canceled. Now it will be about a month before I get a refund for about $600. in valves that I won't be able to use. Apparently, the sales person didn't know that the order was discontinued! Customer service took about an hour to come to the 'Chat", and then refused to expedite the shipping for the replacement shower system, and refused to expedite the refunds!

GBCancel order without notice or reason after 3 months I placed an order 08-04-2022 and languished for over 3 months only to be canceled without my permission, no prior notice given nor reason today 11-10-2022. I complained to Build.com supervisor who told me order was canceled back in September 2022. Build.com wants me to pay again to reorder while I wait 7 days for a refund. I told them this is bad customer service nothing to do with supply chain issues since 6 door knobs are in stock. I will wait for full refund before placing re order.

GBPoor Service We ordered mirrors for a home we are building. We didn't open them until we were ready for installation, which happened to be 33 days after we received them. Two large mirrors that were $200 each were in one large box together with nothing to keep them stationary inside the box and both mirrors were broken. Because the order was over 36 days old and the return policy is 30 days, they would not less us return and did not even offer any sort of discount on additional purchases. Not to mention, we had only had the merchandise for 33 days.

GBNot honest folks. Wow, their sales people are efficient and nice. Then a third of the stuff we bought arrived broken. I asked to cancel an order, which they said they would try, but then failed, but the order showed up with the new stuff I ordered when I called to cancel so they obviously didn't try hard enough. Then try to return stuff and you'll get a few different stories and then they'll break out the bureaucratic mumbo jumbo to explain how bad they're going to stick it to you.
