GBWaited too long to open new microwave Microwave box was not opened until installation, which was a couple of months after receipt. No obvious damage, but door significantly misaligned (Whirlpool quality control issue). Was told by customer service that their 90-day return policy DID NOT INCLUDE APPLIANCES! But go and try to find that ditty on the Buid.com website. I was able to get partial satisfaction from Whirlpool, but would never deal with them again, either. Deal with these companies at your own peril. I never will again.

GBTerrible Experience with this website Don't buy from this company, terrible service and unable to provide basic answers to the status of my order for 2 weeks. I purchased 4 appliances from Build.com for my renovation, working specifically with a sales rep Naya Gambino to ensure all items were in stock prior to making selections. 1 out of 4 items shipped right away, but the rest, 3 of them (in stock items) kept being pushed back for no reason. I received all together 4 emails notifying me of the delays with revised ship dates already passed. The sales rep Naya stopped responding. I finally had to cancel my order 15 days later. Don’t work with this company. Terrible service.

GBSpecial ordered a Koehler sink 7/22 Special ordered a Koehler sink 7/22. Ferguson charged credit card, then sink never shipped. Contacted them 8-10 times: always said didn't know when it would ship. After escalating and getting angry, sink turned up 3/23 with a 7/15/22 ship date from Koehler. Ferguson lost it in their own warehouse and couldn't be bothered to find it until we got really demanding. Never again.

GBBuild.com was only average helping to… Build.com was only average helping to order items, or at least my representative Ian, but once I ordered and paid for the items I decided on, he ghosted me. He never applied my discount and wouldn't return my calls or emails. Other representatives weren't any more helpful, just kept getting me to waist more of my time.

GBAlmost non-existent customer service. Taking orders for discontinued merchandise. I TWICE spent over 40 minutes waiting on hold and nobody picked up the phone. When I did get an agent, he advised me to buy three valves that I needed for a three thousand dollar shower system that I had ordered a week earlier. Less than a day later, my shower system order was canceled. Now it will be about a month before I get a refund for about $600. in valves that I won't be able to use. Apparently, the sales person didn't know that the order was discontinued! Customer service took about an hour to come to the 'Chat", and then refused to expedite the shipping for the replacement shower system, and refused to expedite the refunds!
