Two damaged Kohler toilets Two Kohler toilets ordered and both arrived damaged! Build.com was nothing but confusing afterwards. While it turned out to be not terribly difficult to arrange a refund, I realize it was because Kohler refunded them quickly. This means Kohler is the good company! There's other online retailers.

Terrible Experience with this website Don't buy from this company, terrible service and unable to provide basic answers to the status of my order for 2 weeks. I purchased 4 appliances from Build.com for my renovation, working specifically with a sales rep Naya Gambino to ensure all items were in stock prior to making selections. 1 out of 4 items shipped right away, but the rest, 3 of them (in stock items) kept being pushed back for no reason. I received all together 4 emails notifying me of the delays with revised ship dates already passed. The sales rep Naya stopped responding. I finally had to cancel my order 15 days later. Don’t work with this company. Terrible service.

Misrepresentation of product Build listed my vanity as including a mirror. I contacted customer service to let them know I hadn't received it. After being on the phone for an hour, I was informed this was an error on their webpage but there would be no compensation or replacement item. No accountability. Will not use their service again.

Fraudulently charged my credit card Fraudulently charged my credit card. Contacted company to find out who ordered merchandise on my card, what was ordered and where was it being shipped. Customer service rep would not help me, refused to escalate call, told me that Build.com has a fraud division but they don’t talk to customers. My credit card company stopped payment to Build.com. No apology or any empathy.
