GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Be careful when signing up. They have a contract if broken they’ll charge you $1119.00 to pay cancellation fees. I still didn’t get my patients charts. When downloading patient charts into my computer it’s not compatible and broke my laptop. I had to buy new laptop and now I’m in collection’s because I didn’t know they have cancelation fees. I’d find another company

GBThis EMR is garbage! This EMR is garbage!! Customer Service is non existent. I have not been able to prescribe medications for over 2 months. Have spent hours, average wait time to speak to a human is 40 minutes, trying to resolve this issue without success. Never have received a call back from customer service or even an email despite numerous promises to get situation resolved. Run from this Junk!!! Not worth a penny. Would rather paper chart!

GBNot what was advertised. I was promised something that was more fully integrated than what I have actually experienced. First, there is NO WAY to integrate the calendar with another resulting in so many possibilities to miss things in personal or professional calendar. And when I asked about this, they sent me a guide to integrate my own code?! I am a nurse practitioner and this system isn't cheap. And I need a coder to get a basic function?? Second, you need a PhD to operate their template system (I have one-still unable to figure it out) and I have waited days to get someone to help. Customer service is slow and once your onboarding is done, its done. Don't expect anything extra. Some of it has potential. But some of it is absolutely not worth what I am spending.

GBKareo/Tebra is the worst billing Service Kareo/Tebra is the worst billing software. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!!!! I have been trying for months to resolve getting EDI/ERA Medicare enrollments and I do not get anywhere. They refuse to let you speak to a Manager, Then when you do get through to someone they never call you back or resolve your problem. Fabiola is the worst customer service Rep. She does not resolve the issue it's going around in circles and circles and nothing is getting resolved. Then she refuses to call you back after you request a call back because she is always on a call. Excuses Excuses constantly. Still not resolved as of yet and this has been ongoing for several months. This company should be ashamed all they are interested in is billing you every month for service but they don't resolve your issues.

GBDO NOT RECOMMEND...The company has the worst customer… The company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a small business owner. They knowingly refused to refund an account that was asked to be closed over 60 days and even after calling the BBB the young lady called to follow up about the complaint and offered a blameless apology and NO REFUND since Dec. 2022
