GBPoor Output Audio, Poor Customer Service, Short Warranty Bought Voyager Legacy. Quick to pair and connect with USB or Bluetooth. BUT Audio out is inconsistent and now unusable - mic input is static, clicks and unclear. Warranty was for a year only and the company 'apologized' but cannot fix or offer a replacement. For a device costing over $100 catering to the top-tier business clients, this is very poor service and product. (Poly C# 07864883)

BEPlanTronics BackBeat Bought the PlanTronics BackBeat Noisecanceling headphone. The hanger is made of plastic and broke rather fast so I requested a return on warranty. Received the return label immediately. Important to say: the seller (FNAC) asked to contact PlanTronics directly. After a small phone conversation with PlanTronics I was redirected to their website for a return claim. Within 3 days a new headset was delivered, no charges at all (packing, shipping, etc). I will be more careful with the plastic hanger this time. PS product is great: heavy bass and strong sound. Blue tooth enables handsfree calls etc Not recommended for professional use

GBI am utterly SHOCKED DO NOT USE I am utterly SHOCKED DO NOT USE! I have called 0800 410014 customer support which says permanently they are currently unavailable unless you keep holding ( huh? ) Sparti who I spoke to has hung up on me. And didnt know much at all. Very rude and un Satisfied with the company. I paid over £800 per headset. Not even been a year and they dont seem to care unless you want to spend money. For a big company very disappointed. The company needs better customer services training and to stop rushing people off the phone.

AUliterally no support services I bought a headset from plantronics. One ear cup stopped working with my laptop only, still works on phone. Strange, ill email them and ask whats up. You have to create an account to access any kind of support. i finally did so, then there is no email available or any option to ask anyone a question. I literally can't speak to anyone about my problem. I called them; phone number doesnt ring out. I went to their forums, I can't post? I went to their 'knowledge page'. There is no information on trouble shooting. So where am i at? I have a broken product, and literally no way of contacting the company to ask about it. Will never purchase from them again.
