My plantronics backbeat 505 literally… My plantronics backbeat 505 literally fell apart just after the end of my warranty. The right ear cup completely came off. When I called the Singapore hotline (Ban Leong Technologies) for support, I was told that I would get a 1-1 exchange if it was still under warranty. Since it wasn't & because I bought it overseas, the rude guy on the line promptly told me to "improve, adapt or buy a new one. Bye" and hung up. How's that for top on the line customer service.

After some confusion in communication with danish representative and my struggle with the warranty procedure on the internet, Plantronics send me a replacement and first than ask me to send back the broken item. Obviously trusting me, that my complaint was honest. Address labels preprinted and transport paid! The new equipment is working fine. I am happy and will recommend Plantronics.

PlanTronics BackBeat Bought the PlanTronics BackBeat Noisecanceling headphone. The hanger is made of plastic and broke rather fast so I requested a return on warranty. Received the return label immediately. Important to say: the seller (FNAC) asked to contact PlanTronics directly. After a small phone conversation with PlanTronics I was redirected to their website for a return claim. Within 3 days a new headset was delivered, no charges at all (packing, shipping, etc). I will be more careful with the plastic hanger this time. PS product is great: heavy bass and strong sound. Blue tooth enables handsfree calls etc Not recommended for professional use

Poly Voyager 5200 Poly Voyager 5200. I got it today as a birthday gift. Was very happy until I realized that it comes WITHOUT any kind of charging possibility. Just with poor microUSB cable for nothing. Complete disaster!!! Charging "cup" from my old Legend doesn't fit, obviously... Of course you can search and get a CHARGING CASE for SAME price as device it self cost. Just a "little" waiting for 16 days. Damn, you have to be kidding........ Never ever will get something with that kind of surprise at your birthday.

Poor Output Audio, Poor Customer Service, Short Warranty Bought Voyager Legacy. Quick to pair and connect with USB or Bluetooth. BUT Audio out is inconsistent and now unusable - mic input is static, clicks and unclear. Warranty was for a year only and the company 'apologized' but cannot fix or offer a replacement.
