SGMy plantronics backbeat 505 literally… My plantronics backbeat 505 literally fell apart just after the end of my warranty. The right ear cup completely came off. When I called the Singapore hotline (Ban Leong Technologies) for support, I was told that I would get a 1-1 exchange if it was still under warranty. Since it wasn't & because I bought it overseas, the rude guy on the line promptly told me to "improve, adapt or buy a new one. Bye" and hung up. How's that for top on the line customer service.

GBThis company is market leaders This company is market leaders in handsets. We used several products. After nearly few years handset stopped charging. Replacement was issued without any questions. Quality off product is 10 out off 10.

GBexpensive wireless headset goes to bin I got this headset Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A for a little over £200 which is paired with the BT600 dongle, it has been reset many times and the firmware updated but I am still getting the 3 consecutive beeps every other second when I try to use it with WhatsApp or Teams calls. Sound is OK for YouTube or just listening to anything. Contacted their support, and tried a few things but nothing could be done, they will not replace them because the headset is a few months out of warranty which I understand, but what bothers me they will not repair them even if I paid for it, so an expensive headset will just go to the bin. Not a trustworthy manufacturer.

GBNot worth the money Unfortunately, these headsets and this company are just not worth the money. I've had issues with two headsets that are supposed to be "top of the line" and then had to PAY (without the proper disclosure) to return them. The "hubs" that always have to be up and running on the computer vary with regard to accuracy, the quality of sound varies; it's like the headsets have a mind of their own. Phone calls to customer service take far too long and the representatives are not clear with their instructions. It's just not been a good experience with this company nor their product(s). I got a replacement headset that was a completely different product and still presents quality issues randomly. Not sustainable. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent on these headsets.

PHGood headset, but microphone developed a finicky connection I've been using a Poly Blackwire C5200 headset for 2 years now, and overall, the sound quality and comfort have been great. However, recently, the microphone has become unreliable. I have to wiggle the cord where it connects to the CPU port to get it to work properly. This is frustrating during calls and meetings. It's disappointing that this issue developed after just 2 years of use, especially for a headset in this price range. While the audio quality is still good, the unreliable microphone connection makes it less than ideal for professional use.
