charger incompatibility It is Disappointing that new headset will not fit desktop charger from previous generation, and that device requires a seperate purchase of "charging case" if user want a no plug charging option. Charger pin out and power looks the same..... The days of pointless charger changes are supposed to be behind us.....

PlanTronics BackBeat Bought the PlanTronics BackBeat Noisecanceling headphone. The hanger is made of plastic and broke rather fast so I requested a return on warranty. Received the return label immediately. Important to say: the seller (FNAC) asked to contact PlanTronics directly. After a small phone conversation with PlanTronics I was redirected to their website for a return claim. Within 3 days a new headset was delivered, no charges at all (packing, shipping, etc). I will be more careful with the plastic hanger this time. PS product is great: heavy bass and strong sound. Blue tooth enables handsfree calls etc Not recommended for professional use

I had the worst person dealing with me… I had the worst person dealing with me On palntronics website its says ''easy to get replacement''... I sent my faulty item to them, heard nothing for 28 days. Then got the worst unsupportive person emailing me JONAS from Plantronics E&A Technical Support. He refused a replacement even after I provided invoices. I am sure this is against consumer law. DO NOT BUY PLANTRONICS GOODS VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR. Asking for a replacement I felt under investigation!

Good headset, but microphone developed a finicky connection I've been using a Poly Blackwire C5200 headset for 2 years now, and overall, the sound quality and comfort have been great. However, recently, the microphone has become unreliable. I have to wiggle the cord where it connects to the CPU port to get it to work properly. This is frustrating during calls and meetings. It's disappointing that this issue developed after just 2 years of use, especially for a headset in this price range. While the audio quality is still good, the unreliable microphone connection makes it less than ideal for professional use.
