GBI am never ne to write a bad review but… I am never ne to write a bad review but I am desperate for someone to call me back. I have been calling for the last month with a billing issue, I am having an issue with one insurance company. I am now getting timely filing on several claims because no one from Dr. Chrono has reached out to try to resolve it. I call and sometimes get someone that answers and they say it is going to a manager and I will get a call back that day, I never do . They say there is only one person that can fix this and that he will call me back. As far as I'm concerned they really do not care.

GBWe only started using their system and… We only started using their system and they have removed patient data, demographics, clinical notes, billing and appointments. The customer service has been non existent. Reading these reviews is making me think that I am going to look to get out before I get in any deeper. Seems to be a good program. The foundation is there but the customer service is just not there. Empty promises. Only work during the week. Ridiculous too hard to reach. They mess up the accounts with no plan to correct. Not professional

GBAweful Aweful - I've now had 3 patients double charged for billing due to an issue with their system. Worst part is the company has no idea how to fix it. Huge issue and patients tend to get very upset when you over charge them - becoming ex-patients who leave nasty online reviews. I now know of several other providers who have also had a lot of issues with the ckmpany. DON'T use this EMR.

GBunethical billing practice I used to be a drchrono customer but had moved on to a different EHR. When an old client requested records I contacted drchono and they agreed to let me access records in a read only format. I failed to read their lengthy contract fully and have ended up paying for 18 months of access ($900) despite only needing one client record. Although their actions may be legal they are unethical and I want to warn other clinicians about them.

GBBuyer beware The actual product does not measure up to marketing promises. Migrating patient data over was a nightmare, and there were significant extra costs that were not mentioned up front. Getting EPCS set up had several bugs, resulting in days of prescription delays and a return to writing Rx's for all my patients. The product is not worth the cost.
