Docudesk Never Seems to Work Hi - Just thought I would express the years of frustration with this software. It's worth my time to write this. Keep thinking things will improve - they don't. Unclear as to why there are so many glowing reviews. Docudesk has been a total hassle so far. My experience has been that Docudesk splits functionality across several tools, that don't integrate well, and don't execute their core functionality reliably, or in ways I understand. At the end of the day, it's just PDFs right? Seems like one of the several Docudesk products I have would do the job. Now I just use Word for PDF conversion...it's faster, more reliable with better results. Also the licensing is very complex...seems like I always have to register software I have bought (or re-register...not sure), and then I link to the product for registration and they say they don't offer it. I tried to use again recently and was embarrassed at work when the PDF conversion software cut off a page of a simple 3-page document.

Dealing with these people is like… Dealing with these people is like drowning slowly. They can't tell you much info about taking money from you that's in warrented,or keep to their word when they say they will refund you. It makes purchasing online a very worrying experience. I would have to say they are thiefs and should be shut down.

Easy to use and Great customer service Civil Solutions said it well: Best value PDF writer. I searched pretty hard and found Docudesk to be cost effective, easy to install, easy to use (almost intuitive) and excellent customer service. Years after my first install, I got rid of my old laptop for a netbook and almost forgot Docudesk. E-mailed customer service and they sent me the codes from my original install. No charge. That's what I call customer service.

Keep up the good work I had a question several weeks ago about my Docudesk program. To my utter amazement, I received two replies within less than 30 minutes with easy-to-follow instructions. I'm no computer whiz, so simple instructions are vital. When the head honcho takes the time to respond to a customer, I have to say that I'm totally impressed. Thanks to your quick response, I have now downloaded the $49 upgrade you offered. I would not normally take a chance on unfamiliar software, but I feel confident that any problems or questions I might have will receive the same courteous and speedy replies. Super value! Docudesk is a great company, I have been using their PDF printer -- deskPDF -- for many years. It's low cost was a tremendous bargain and it totally changed and improved the way I service and invoice the customers of my design/build home remodeling business. Being able to share plans via email saved many hours and dollars over home visits. Being able to bill customers almost instantaneously helped my cash flow.
