Won't honor marked prices This is the third time I have caught them charging more than what their shelf price or ad has posted. Each time they give a great, "Too bad" I literally took a picture of a sign saying $6 in the middle of 3 shelves of weed killer, that they rung up for $20

Zero service after sale I purchased a GE stove, microwave and refrigerator and upon delivery, the delivery person was changing the door swing direction on the fridge as requested. Somehow the plastic plugs that go into the holes that are no longer being used were lost. I went to Dayton Mall store where I made purchase and spoke to Brad who said he was manager. He said he would order from GE parts for me unless we found some on the floor model that we could just take. Well, the floor model had already been stripped of those parts.Brad said to follow up in a couple weeks with a call. I called two weeks later and left message (they said he wasn’t available) called again in Two more weeks…still not available. After three call I gave up and ordered and paid for GE parts that I should not have had to buy. I realize my $2000 appliance purchase isn’t gonna make or break Lowe’s, but some level of service after the sale should still be expected. Dodging phone calls is never a good look for a company in my opinion.

$1.99 fee for a paper invoice I'm complaining about being charged a fee of $1.99 for getting a hard copy of my bill. I receive a tremendous amount of emails from everywhere - notifications, surveys, spam, you name it. I don't feel confident that I will see the invoice. Then, I have to remember my "unique" user ID and password to view my bill. I sure as heck am not going to provide ANY company with access to my bank account information - my information was hacked at two companies last month alone. Is Lowes THAT desperate for corporate profits? I have a choice of Lowes, Home Depot, TrueValue, etc. I'll make a point of spending at least $1.99 elsewhere every month.

$340.00 for 9 pieces… Lowes charged me $340.00 for 9 pieces of plastic trim for milgard windows. You can buy the trim for $15.00 ea at local millworks. Only saw itemized bill after I paid the bill. I will never buy from Lowes again

This is the most incompetent online… This is the most incompetent online ordering system in human history. They do not want my money. I jumped through 1,000 hoops to cancel an order, and the system locked me out after dealing with this for one hour plus. I tried to reorder the John Deere mower, and it was rejected, asking me to jump through twenty minutes of password changes, and then rejected me again. I will go elsewhere with my personal and corporate accounts. You burned my trust and others will hear of losing 2.5 hours for nothing.
