GBZero service after sale I purchased a GE stove, microwave and refrigerator and upon delivery, the delivery person was changing the door swing direction on the fridge as requested. Somehow the plastic plugs that go into the holes that are no longer being used were lost. I went to Dayton Mall store where I made purchase and spoke to Brad who said he was manager. He said he would order from GE parts for me unless we found some on the floor model that we could just take. Well, the floor model had already been stripped of those parts.Brad said to follow up in a couple weeks with a call. I called two weeks later and left message (they said he wasn’t available) called again in Two more weeks…still not available. After three call I gave up and ordered and paid for GE parts that I should not have had to buy. I realize my $2000 appliance purchase isn’t gonna make or break Lowe’s, but some level of service after the sale should still be expected. Dodging phone calls is never a good look for a company in my opinion.

GBWhat made my experience great was the… What made my experience great was the two gentlemen who came to deliver my Maytag 3 door refrigerator. Yunior Gestz and his team mate delivery driver was 100% professional and the team work displayed during the delivery was refreshing to see. Lowes was a great choice for us no issues and 1st class delivery treatment we know who has our bussiness for big ticket items its definitely Lowes. We give the experience as a whole a 10Plus across the board. Wonderful work gentlemen. Thank you

GBSELF Check-out - NO WAY! Again - another store that has mostly NO cashiers. Why? because they are FORCING their CUSTOMERS to check themselves out!!! I have a job! I don't get benefits from Lowes, a reduction in price, not one benefit for the customer for checking ourselves out! So, it's back to ordering online for stuff I would normally get from Lowes now too. As for wood, paint, etc. I will pay higher prices from the small "mom & pop" shops before checking myself out at another store!

GBI have shopped at Lowes for decades and… I have shopped at Lowes for decades and mostly had a positive experience. They honor the military with parking spaces, and offer a 10% discount. Now the check-out cashiers are gone, replaced by self-checkout. The military discount card is void, and now you give your phone number and driver's license which causes more inconvenience, plus the discount is not for all goods, just a select few. What does that mean? They will eventually stop the discounts. I left a bit frustrated, I do not want to check out myself! Lowes had lost a customer. I will support a boycott.

GBEasiest purchase of washer and dryer ever I bought a new washer and dryer both LG's and from the moment I arrived a sales associate met with full details and comparisons. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The appliances were in perfect shape, installed without any flaws and working with test runs in minutes. Best experience ever.
