GBI had to find my products I had to find my products, then climb to get them, scan and check out all my things then load them in my basket and take them to my truck then take my basket back.never saw a employee the entire time I was in the store I noticed all they had was self-service check out.

GBI have shopped at Lowes for decades and… I have shopped at Lowes for decades and mostly had a positive experience. They honor the military with parking spaces, and offer a 10% discount. Now the check-out cashiers are gone, replaced by self-checkout. The military discount card is void, and now you give your phone number and driver's license which causes more inconvenience, plus the discount is not for all goods, just a select few. What does that mean? They will eventually stop the discounts. I left a bit frustrated, I do not want to check out myself! Lowes had lost a customer. I will support a boycott.

GBLack of and poor customer service. Wanted to know if a particular light was available. Finally got an employee to try and find out. He went to get a ladder and we are standing there waiting and see him come back to a computer with another customer. He looked over at us and never came to say anything to us. We left. It's sad these days you can't get anyone to assist or help in any way. If it's not on the shelf to pick up it's just too bad and if it is available you have to check yourself out!!!!

GBRefused to provide a Proof of Delivery… Refused to provide a Proof of Delivery for an item that was charged but not delivered. Item was never received but canceled. They charged my card and but did not cancel purchase. Citi Credit Card will also not request "Proof of Delivery" and I either pay or my credit will be trashed, $2723.00 is what I am being forced to pay. NEVER SHOP AT LOWES, FERGERSON'S IS A BETTER OPTION. Stay away from Citi Credit Cards also

GBDidn't get the stove I wanted and the… Didn't get the stove I wanted and the dryer didn't work. Have to go to the store to get a refund and reorder after the dryer that was delivered didn't work I will get the refund but will go elsewhere. Terrible how they treat cash paying customers who purchased 3 major appliances at once. NEVER AGAIN!!! Wanted me to pay and reorder another dryer before the damaged one was picked up and when I said no they instructed me to wait until damaged one was returned to the store and go in for refund then reorder. Don't deal with Lowes with major appliances!!!
