GB$1.99 fee for a paper invoice I'm complaining about being charged a fee of $1.99 for getting a hard copy of my bill. I receive a tremendous amount of emails from everywhere - notifications, surveys, spam, you name it. I don't feel confident that I will see the invoice. Then, I have to remember my "unique" user ID and password to view my bill. I sure as heck am not going to provide ANY company with access to my bank account information - my information was hacked at two companies last month alone. Is Lowes THAT desperate for corporate profits? I have a choice of Lowes, Home Depot, TrueValue, etc. I'll make a point of spending at least $1.99 elsewhere every month.

GBI has a fence installed in December… I has a fence installed in December 2023. The fencing boards began to curl after installation. The fence was installed with one side almost at the front of the house and the other side is where it is suppose to have been installed. It looks horrible. Since the installation the gate does not open, the fence is crooked, and the boards are popping loose. The 15 year old fence I had removed was a better looking fence that the one that was installed by LOWES.Lowes is refusing to fix the fence, said it was my fault I did not treat the fence. The fence had been installed less than 90 days when I called. The fence was not dry enough to be treated due to all the rain. The fencing material was in my driveway close to a month before it was installed. I regret using Lowes to install a fence or purchase material for a fence. This was an expensive lesson to learn.

GBIf I could give this company a 0 star… If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. My parents bought a Kenmore fridge less than 3 years ago. The item is completely defective. It is leaking and the company has discontinued the parts! They won't compensate my parents or help repair it. Do NOT buy any appliances from this company. They're total crooks!

GBI have shopped at Lowes for decades and… I have shopped at Lowes for decades and mostly had a positive experience. They honor the military with parking spaces, and offer a 10% discount. Now the check-out cashiers are gone, replaced by self-checkout. The military discount card is void, and now you give your phone number and driver's license which causes more inconvenience, plus the discount is not for all goods, just a select few. What does that mean? They will eventually stop the discounts. I left a bit frustrated, I do not want to check out myself! Lowes had lost a customer. I will support a boycott.

GBWon't honor marked prices This is the third time I have caught them charging more than what their shelf price or ad has posted. Each time they give a great, "Too bad" I literally took a picture of a sign saying $6 in the middle of 3 shelves of weed killer, that they rung up for $20
