If I could give this place zero stars I … If I could give this place zero stars I would but that isn't an option. Service is non existent here. When callling their number, you are put on hold. After calling their service line three times with the same result, I tried the sales line and it is answered but am told that service is off. So basically you are on hold waiting for someone who is not even there to answer the phone. Voicemail is not a new invention - after all it is 2017. On top of this, they will not even assist with dealing with a defective product purchased from them unless you purchase their service package. All they would do is say to contact the manufacturer. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything or bring anything for service here again.

I was extremely happy with the product and service that I got from them so when my brother decided he needed a new machine for his photo editing I had no hesitation recommending NCIX as a local and reliable company. His subsequent experience attempting to contact service for a 4 TB WD Red drive that never worked has given me cause to regret my recommendation. The management at NCIX seems more concerned with their Audi's and Porches than providing customer service. It is very sad.

NCIX isn't what they used to be - avoid at all costs I used NCIX several years ago to purchase hardware for two custom built computers. Transaction and shipment went very smoothly and I could easily follow the order on the website. Placed an order recently where all items were listed as 'In stock' on the checkout page. Order was processed the next day and the motherboard was 'Back Ordered'. Now the fun begins. Forget trying to get a hold of them. Waited 30 minutes on hold and was then asked to leave a call-back number. Left my cell number, one week later still nothing. Left two messages on the website. One claims you hear back in 2 business days. Still waiting after 3 business days. So now I'm on hold again, trying to cancel the motherboard so I can order it from a more reliable vendor. I will *never* buy from NCIX again.

I waited 2 weeks then sent an email to their tech support and still no response or action. I tried calling them but always in queue. I even left my number for call back several times but did not receive a call back. Terrible customer service.

No shipping updates, poor customer service, never buying from NCIX again. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered a laptop mid-April - said it would ship within 1-3 days. Of course they took payment very promptly, made it look like shipping was immediate. Wait 2 weeks. No updates. I send 2 contacts via online feedback form. No response (eventually received 2 weeks later). I tried calling and at least the agent gave me an update is that they're backordered and shipping soon. One month later, I get email says it has shipped. But I have no clue... still waiting a month later and no laptop... even if the laptop arrives eventually, this rating will stand... lousy lousy service. Really makes you appreciate Amazon service and integrated supply chain to tell you exactly where your order stands and shipping status.
