CAGood riddance to Bad Customer service … R.I.H. NCIX Good riddance to Bad Customer service ...or is it? NCIX is no more as I'm sure most of you know ...They officially filed for bankruptcy but watch out because I think the game for these lowlifes is to open up again when the smoke clears as online only. These goofs were taking orders they knowingly couldn't not fill while all this was going on ...in short online only or not I will never do business with NCIX or the shady little puke Steve Wu again ....ever! That's right I'll be looking at the ownership of any new business that pops up even under a different name because your a crook Steve! I Lost all my reward points! (I'm sure thousands of other people lost way more than I did)

CAWORST WARRANTY SERVICE "I had bought a Galaxy Table S from ncix in 2015 and got damaged. I took it to the store that I had purchased it from September 20 2016 and I was told that they will either repair or replace it since the warranty was still valid. Nevertheless to say that as of today December 18th 2016 I have not received my tab back and despite my call to the headquarters last week and the assurance of rectifying the issue ASAP, I have not heard anything back from them. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER shop with them again, very frustrating process and misleading information from NCIX has made it very clear that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. "

CAI placed my order with ncix I placed my order with ncix, and I couldn't be any more p****d off. After order goes through, they charge a few cents, then credit it back in 2 different amounts and won't ship until I confirm amounts. Now I'm f******g around playing phone tag with the cc company like I've got nothing better to do. Over 900 bucks it's like signing a god damn mortgage? That's why I have security set up with my card, not your job ncix

CANCIX isn't what they used to be - avoid at all costs I used NCIX several years ago to purchase hardware for two custom built computers. Transaction and shipment went very smoothly and I could easily follow the order on the website. Placed an order recently where all items were listed as 'In stock' on the checkout page. Order was processed the next day and the motherboard was 'Back Ordered'. Now the fun begins. Forget trying to get a hold of them. Waited 30 minutes on hold and was then asked to leave a call-back number. Left my cell number, one week later still nothing. Left two messages on the website. One claims you hear back in 2 business days. Still waiting after 3 business days. So now I'm on hold again, trying to cancel the motherboard so I can order it from a more reliable vendor. I will *never* buy from NCIX again.

CAHorrible I ordered a GTX 1060 AMP! Edition GPU from NCIX during the black Friday weekend. They then I email them about not receiving it, and they say that it had been in back order since the day after cyber Monday! Which they thought wasn't worth telling me. After that day, I had emailed them 7 times asking for refunds, but wait no replies after a whole week. NEVER USE NCIX.
