CAGreat Sales, Support, Price Match, ETC!! Wow, when i first found NCIX's website i was so happy! Everything about NCIX is amazing. The Costs on NCIX are so cheap, comparing it from other shops online. NCIX's support always responds as soon as possible. The Price Match is one of my favorites (ONLY IF YOUR IN CANADA), Price Match is like “We guarantee the lowest prices!” “We’ll beat any advertised price!” which is true. Overall i give the website FIVE STARS! This website is mostly recommended and best for getting PC's built, buying keyboard's, headsets, and speakers/monitors/tv's/etc.

CAIf I could give this place zero stars I … If I could give this place zero stars I would but that isn't an option. Service is non existent here. When callling their number, you are put on hold. After calling their service line three times with the same result, I tried the sales line and it is answered but am told that service is off. So basically you are on hold waiting for someone who is not even there to answer the phone. Voicemail is not a new invention - after all it is 2017. On top of this, they will not even assist with dealing with a defective product purchased from them unless you purchase their service package. All they would do is say to contact the manufacturer. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything or bring anything for service here again.

CANo shipping updates, poor customer service, never buying from NCIX again. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered a laptop mid-April - said it would ship within 1-3 days. Of course they took payment very promptly, made it look like shipping was immediate. Wait 2 weeks. No updates. I send 2 contacts via online feedback form. No response (eventually received 2 weeks later). I tried calling and at least the agent gave me an update is that they're backordered and shipping soon. One month later, I get email says it has shipped. But I have no clue... still waiting a month later and no laptop... even if the laptop arrives eventually, this rating will stand... lousy lousy service. Really makes you appreciate Amazon service and integrated supply chain to tell you exactly where your order stands and shipping status.

CAWorst online experience I've ever had Worst online experience I've ever had. Messages are not answered, requests to void transactions are not done. Filed a complaint with my credit card company, Consumer Protection BC and the OPCQ. This isn't how a serious business should function.
