GBI am a new customer I am a new customer. While trying to activate my new Sim card I experienced a problem. Apparently my phone was still locked despite the fact that I had made previous arrangements with my old phone service carrier to have it unlocked. I had been reassured that my phone had been unlocked only to find out that it was not.your customer service representative, Jesica Cordova was able to assist with correcting the problem. During the transaction she presented herself as a well-informed and knowledgeable person with the best people skills I could possibly hope for. Her ability to communicate effectively in an intelligent manner was most appreciated. My phone is now working and I am happy to say that I am a 5 star Tello customer.

GBTello always gives its best ! Love the price, love the service (signal strong everywhere) and easy contact via chat or email with customer service always took care of any issue. I have had them since 2016 also have activated over 30 family and friends most have kept it too. The ones that left wanted free or subsidized expensive phones. But for the value based and loyal customers have stuck around for the long haul. Outstanding cellphone mvno. It’s so inexpensive I have two cellphones

GBPleased, However? Pleased, However? Very pleased with phone service, texting, with the very little surfing I do. But every time I'm forced to abandon internet service and reconnect with Tello hotspot, there's issues and basically hotspot seems worthless. It works when I test it, (most times) but when I really need it, it doesn't work. Looks like I will have to abandon Tello. I noticed a Tello rep will make a nice comment to a positive review but no response to negative reviews. Does Tello only care about the happy customers?

GBTello - Reasonable, Competent Carrier Tello has incredibly customizable and reasonable plans according to your usage. This is great for seniors and those on limited incomes. Their website interface is user friendly - one of the best. Broadband coverage is slightly better than I had. Customer service and support is fast with personable agents who are willing to answer any question. I highly recommend this company.

GBMy TELLO phone! My TELLO is a simple old=fashioned flip=phone, no bells or whistles, just a phone. Coverage is amazing, it works from practically everywhere and I'm not paying for services I don't want on my phone!
