Tello - Reasonable, Competent Carrier Tello has incredibly customizable and reasonable plans according to your usage. This is great for seniors and those on limited incomes. Their website interface is user friendly - one of the best. Broadband coverage is slightly better than I had. Customer service and support is fast with personable agents who are willing to answer any question. I highly recommend this company.

Tello has great prices and service Tello has great prices and service! Why pay more with the big carriers when you can get better service using the big name networks at a much lower price with Tello!

Pleased, However? Pleased, However? Very pleased with phone service, texting, with the very little surfing I do. But every time I'm forced to abandon internet service and reconnect with Tello hotspot, there's issues and basically hotspot seems worthless. It works when I test it, (most times) but when I really need it, it doesn't work. Looks like I will have to abandon Tello. I noticed a Tello rep will make a nice comment to a positive review but no response to negative reviews. Does Tello only care about the happy customers?

Wonderful customer service and telephone service Eric was very kind, knowledge and patient💝I am NOT tech savvy and trying to do the transaction on my phone with a broken wrist on my dominant hand. I've always been pleased with all communications I've had with your "help" people as well as with the TELLO phone svc. I don't know what your pay scale is but Eric definitely deserves a raise for the help he gave me. Thank you so much,!
