Great Prices, Spotty Coverage Price wise Tello is a great company, we switched from Verizon simply due to this fact. We got 3 lines for the price we were paying Verizon for 1. However, Verizon has better coverage in our area. Tello's is spotty in certain areas where Verizon's is stronger. So, for price they are great, for coverage, less so.

She handled all my questions and assisted with implementing my requests. Could not ask for more. Professional and knowledgeable. Been using Tello for several months before making these plan changes and it's been a reliable and satisfying experience. Good company to do business with.

Great plans, prices, service Great plan prices - gives you exactly what you want/need and no more. We rolled our 30-yr old landline number over to an older phone just to keep the number and to screen out all the spam calls at home. They got it switched in 24 hours, which is pretty amazing.
