GBGreat Customer Service!! I give the customer service representative that helped me with the phone call a 10 plus, her name was Alex. She went above and beyond!! I didn't have enough money to pay the full Bill I only could pay half and I would of had to call back within a few days to pay the remainder. Alex just took care of the rest for me she paid the other half of the bill I appreciate it and she's a very good customer service representative you have.

GBSuccessful Install but the signal needed help. For the most part, HughesNet is a good Internet service and I would highly recommend them. The reason for only giving 2 stars is because when my equipment was installed too far away from my TV and consequently my signal quality is degraded. So to solve the issue, I purchased 50' of coaxial cable and extended my cable to my TV. All is well. The moral of the story is to be certain that your installer installs your equipment near your devices and not somewhere else in your home.

GBHughesNet way to go. My experience with HughesNet this time around has been way more pleasant than last. The service is a whole lot better. The customer service is always excellent. I just wish that I was able to stream my gaming online.
