GBA Better Day There was a problem with my service being downgraded over a $62 partial balance that I made arrangements to carry over to May which would be paid in it's entirety with whole bill. It got messed up in your system - But a very nice supervisor listened to what I had to say. He was able to see the notes on my account with the payment arrangements. He solved my problem and also removed the past due $62. I'm disabled and only get paid once a month. I always pay my bill by phone the day I get my money. Thank you for keeping me connected with the world and stream. Jeff

GBI really had no complaint about my… I really had no complaint about my service I was never down. The only reason I switched was a pricing reason. The government was stopping the affordable act program which would make our bill over $100 so I bundled my phone & internet service. You sent me a return box it was very easy to return anytime I called I got answers. Cost was my only reason to cancel.

GBPrompt installation Prompt installation, very informative, selection of plans, and even though higher, I pay for service. Xfinity and T-Mobile did not give me that

GBSuccessful Install but the signal needed help. For the most part, HughesNet is a good Internet service and I would highly recommend them. The reason for only giving 2 stars is because when my equipment was installed too far away from my TV and consequently my signal quality is degraded. So to solve the issue, I purchased 50' of coaxial cable and extended my cable to my TV. All is well. The moral of the story is to be certain that your installer installs your equipment near your devices and not somewhere else in your home.
