GBshe was very lovely on the phone and… she was very lovely on the phone and made sure to answer my questions honestly and was very helpful. she even made sure she was saying my name correctly(and she was which most people dont) so that was a very nice change from usual calls like this I've made with other companies. I think she deserves a raise because she called me back quickly and got everything taken care of within a few hours, even after telling me it could take a few hours up to 24 hours. I was happy to have the same person call me back and she even remembered things I had said to her. she is a wonderful face (voice) for your company and I'm very happy my first interaction was with her. she has made me excited that I made the right choice going with you.

GBLying The person who sold me the subscription lied to me. I had to call back and it took forever but the girl that helped me said I would not be charged 99.95 for installation. If I am I will sue you. He also did not tell me about the 200 dollar early cancellation fee. His name was Raheem. Minenhle Mkhize helped me and sent me a new email stating the truth.

GBYou guys are putting the cart before… You guys are putting the cart before the horse. The service rep was great,but I’ll see how everything goes on installation day..etc. after all is complete and installed,I’ll give you a review.
