I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not… I purchased Turbo Tax and it was not available as advertised for immediate download. I sent request for help and nothing. The email said it would send my software via mail??? At 7 pm on April 15 they sent email acknowledging the problem, with a link for download. However it was too late. I had to re-purchase the product from another seller that had immediate download to get my taxes completed on April 15th and to the post office. I have requested a refund and there is no acknowledgement. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.

It wasn't until I had placed my order that I realized I would have to wait until I had filed my taxes to claim my rebate. Also, there was some confusion as to how to activate the Turbo Tax software such as where to find my license key.

Support is there! I have been purchasing software from you guys for at least 10 years. I have always has great support if there was a problem or if I did not know what to do. That is the biggest thing when there is trouble, someone is there to help.
