GBI upgraded from several EN versions… I upgraded from several EN versions back. It was a little awkward to get used to EN21, but now that I have, I can appreciate some new features such as its remarkable ability to grab online PDFs without going through the usual hassles. There are a couple of older features that I miss, though: I used to be able to see a quick preview of a new reference in my chosen output format on-screen, without having to write it to an output file. (Maybe I just haven't figured out how to do that yet.) Also, on the Edit page the top toolbar is missing the Greek symbol conversion that used to be there. Also, it would be really helpful to give us a couple of highlight colors like yellow and red in that toolbar!

GBEndnotes service rocks Your people are (and always have been) honest, accurate, sympathetic and helpful. They understand the panic of a writer on deadline whose software has just lost citations...... After 20 versions, I'm probably more understanding than some users, but you all rock.

GBENDNOTE is good but room for improvement exists. ENDNOTE can help organize thousands of references and conduct Boolean searches even within PDF files. The ability to FIND FULL TEXT works only about 50% of the time. There is no AI option to summarize content in one or more PDF files. CiteWhileYouWrite works ok with WORD, but annoying "bugs" exist.

GBUseful, but frustrating to deal with Clarivate. I find EndNote to be extremely useful, but the company seems to be getting greedy and is extremely unresponsive to user input. They capriciously take away features in new versions that were in older versions, like the ability to hide unused fields. Why would anyone take that away? Why can't I share certain libraries with other users, not just one library for everything? Etc. Etc.

GBEndnote is one of the most useful… Endnote is one of the most useful research tools I've ever used. I've been a user for more than a decade and am now successfully managing nearly 50,000 references on a variety of subjects. I've even converted many of my old graduate-school 5x8 cards to EN references. Love having all my notes fully searchable.
