This has made research and technical… This has made research and technical writing so much easier! I love how easy it is to import materials, or even enter a new reference. I really love the fact you can group projects together. This has been helpful when working on multiple projects. I do wish there was more of a “file” type system where you could archive research materials. Such as moving the various projects group to another file. Other than this more “accessory” feature, this program has been great!

ENDNOTE is good but room for improvement exists. ENDNOTE can help organize thousands of references and conduct Boolean searches even within PDF files. The ability to FIND FULL TEXT works only about 50% of the time. There is no AI option to summarize content in one or more PDF files. CiteWhileYouWrite works ok with WORD, but annoying "bugs" exist.

This software has been fantastic help… This software has been fantastic help in updating my 1000 page textbook. However I found a minor glitch in 2021 version whereby i cannot directly copy and past DOIs as in 2020 version and instead copy then use two key to paste. It has been especially useful in using Google search then locating a reference then directly downloading the “cite” function. I highly recommend it for anyone in academics

The interface is as clunky online as it… The interface is as clunky online as it is in the desktop app. Also, when it's so easy to just plug a DOI into a website and pull an article, or find similar articles using multiple free sources (e.g., research rabbit, elicit, google scholar) I do not find it worthwhile to use endnote for these purposes.

EndNote use in doctoral studies I am a doctoral student, and EndNote does everything I need to do as a reference manager. I use APA 7, and EndNote handles the citations and reference entries well. I find attaching a pdf copy of the article a useful feature.
