GBWe love the app We love the app! We have cancelled our property management agreement, the app allows us to effectively and efficiently self manage our properties. It also saves us $14,000+ per year in management fees. The tenants love the ease of using the app as well. The cost is affordable for small business . It has been a win, win for everyone!

GBWORST APP I'VE EVER USED!!!! My landlord started using rentredi around September of 2023. Everything went smoothly until March of 2024. Our rent would not go through with auto pay no matter how many times we tried (even after going through "Leomen" on chat - which I learned is EVERYBODY'S name on their chat). I submitted March's rent by direct transfer from my bank to my landlord's bank. I kept getting emails all through March telling me my rent was late from rentredi. I told my landlord and she was able to fix it on her end. I am STILL unable to set up auto pay because NOW rentredi says I owe $245.11 (for what, I don't know) and until that's paid, I can't use auto pay. MY LANDLORD DOES NOT CHARGE LATE FEES, so what is the extra $245.11 on my rent tab? What is it for if my landlord doesn't charge late fees? It's not utilities because that's paid through another account. I'm guessing rentredi charges late fees behind the landlord's back??? Are there hidden fees that consumers are unaware of??? Is rentredi scamming people??? And their chat button is a JOKE. Don't use them unless you got all day to sit around and WAIT for them to decide to respond and then end the conversation when THEY'RE done (problem NEVER getting solved). This is the WORST app by far that I've EVER encountered and I've encountered a few shady apps. I would not recommend rentredi to ANYONE and I'm about to talk my landlord into finding a BETTER landlord/tenant friendly app besides this garbage app.

GBAlways Issues with the Payment Processor Once again this year, I'm having difficulty with the payment processor providing 1099's correctly. The RentRedi agents haven't been very helpful in resolving the issue. They continue to suggest I send a new W-9, which isn't going to push Propay into doing anything. Last year it took 4 months to resolve the issue, and so far after 2 weeks, no resolution in sight.

GBThey are horrible They are horrible! Every month like clockwork I get an email from RentRedi stating 3 of my past tenants bank drafts has failed! I haven’t used RentRedi for quite sometime but yet they still continue to try and draft from past tenants bank accounts. This should be against the law! Your bank account is your lifeline! I have written numerous emails and complaints telling them to stop only to be told to go on to the app and request to cancel! I don’t have or use the ap anymore!!!! I have called the phone number they have listed left several messages with no calls back. They act like want to help but they do nothing. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

GBRentredi staff are always incredibly… Rentredi staff are always incredibly responsive to my needs. I never have a problem they can't help me solve within 5-10 minutes. Their software is also incredibly intuitive and constantly being improved week by week, and month by month. The Rentredi platform if a "force multiplier". They make my current staff more efficient and effective and as my rental portfolio grows, my costs do not! I love Rentredi. Caleb Landlord / Property Owner
