When you have questions you get answers either by chat or phone. Even the online repair request makes it easy to keep a list of things to do. And the ability for tenants to upload photos helps. This is a timesaving service for… This is a timesaving service for landlords. The best thing about it is you are able to track yearly rent increases and the tenant has a lot of options for payments. I've used it for over three years and recommend it. There is good support too, I am always able to contact a human quickly from their chat feature and the people who respond really know the software and have good answers.

WORST APP I'VE EVER USED!!!! My landlord started using rentredi around September of 2023. Everything went smoothly until March of 2024. Our rent would not go through with auto pay no matter how many times we tried (even after going through "Leomen" on chat - which I learned is EVERYBODY'S name on their chat). I submitted March's rent by direct transfer from my bank to my landlord's bank. I kept getting emails all through March telling me my rent was late from rentredi. I told my landlord and she was able to fix it on her end. I am STILL unable to set up auto pay because NOW rentredi says I owe $245.11 (for what, I don't know) and until that's paid, I can't use auto pay. MY LANDLORD DOES NOT CHARGE LATE FEES, so what is the extra $245.11 on my rent tab? What is it for if my landlord doesn't charge late fees? It's not utilities because that's paid through another account. I'm guessing rentredi charges late fees behind the landlord's back??? Are there hidden fees that consumers are unaware of??? Is rentredi scamming people??? And their chat button is a JOKE. Don't use them unless you got all day to sit around and WAIT for them to decide to respond and then end the conversation when THEY'RE done (problem NEVER getting solved). This is the WORST app by far that I've EVER encountered and I've encountered a few shady apps. I would not recommend rentredi to ANYONE and I'm about to talk my landlord into finding a BETTER landlord/tenant friendly app besides this garbage app.

The setup is super easy and the interface very convenient. Its also very easy to install and use for tenants. Now its all automated and I have nothing to do, the rents being wired to my bank accounts.

It also saves us $14,000+ per year in management fees. The tenants love the ease of using the app as well. The cost is affordable for small business . It has been a win, win for everyone!
