NLLuminar Neo 1.19 crashed solved Luminar Neo 1.19 crashed when I go in the edit module. Very good customer service. Very fast replying, friendly, helpful and understanding, temporary solution by changing the language from Dutch to English solves the problem and shortly after that they bring out a hotfix to solve the language problem for good.

GBNew folder resolves problem exporting jpg files After working on another batch of images I was unable to export jpegs. Aurora HDR just hung up and I was forced to closed the Aurora HDR Program. After two days of this, I searched Google, found nothing helpful. Going back to the program I saw a chat button and was delighted on a California Saturday morning there was a LIVE PERSON on the other end of the chat. She sent my need over to tech support and within perhaps five minutes I had an emailed response with three suggestions to fix the problem. Creating a new folder for saving my files fixed my issue. Good to know that after years of owning Aurora, it's my first time using the support chat and am very pleased at the courtesy, speed and efficiency my problem was resolved.

AUCustomer Service gets A+ I had an install problem after I purchased Luminar Neo Volodymyr from customer service was straight on to it with a quick fix. Great Job.

DELuminar Neo is Beta Software I have owned Luminar Neo for 2 years. Mostly because I want to use AI functions, as well as Lightroom functions, but I don't want to pay money for them every month Unfortunately, I've had problems with the program over and over again for the last 2 years. Catalogs don't load properly or not at all, there are problems with Onedrive, the AI functions like upscale... just don't work for me (or only very rarely). In addition, since the Ukraine war, the Luminar logo was, in my opinion, damn ugly and bothered me, luckily that's better now. Luminar Neo has felt like it has been in beta since its release, poor performance and non-functional features are the order of the day. Unfortunately, the idea of a good, subscription-based image editing program hasn't worked out yet, but I still hope for good updates and improvements in the future

CAAmazing customer service and great product Amazing customer service as well as an amazing product - many updates come with this product and my last one had a snag...A email for help was answered within an hour with the exact fix, easy to follow instructions and bam I was back to editing.
