CAI just wanted to thank the Luminar Team… I just wanted to thank the Luminar Team for the fantastic service during the time I have been using the software (which, by the way, is superb). Even silly little questions were answered promptly and with patience, and I have never felt ignored. In addition, I really appreciate the preset bundle I received as a birthday present today. NLLuminar Neo 1.19 crashed solved Luminar Neo 1.19 crashed when I go in the edit module. Very good customer service. Very fast replying, friendly, helpful and understanding, temporary solution by changing the language from Dutch to English solves the problem and shortly after that they bring out a hotfix to solve the language problem for good.

GBSupport team are really good I have to say that the support team do a great job. I had drive issues and had to re-load Neo a few times and when I contacted the team the turnaround was very speedy and helped me a lot. Considering the awful circumstances in Ukraine I say they are doing a great job. Many thanks.

GBSlow launch, QUICK solution Subsequent to downloading the latest update of Luminar Neo, the program launch time increased to an unacceptable SEVEN minutes. I contacted Skylum tech support which provided me with a simple solution that reduced the launch time to UNDER ten seconds. REALLY! Excellent service, terrific software!

GBFast and Helpful Responses to Your Questions! One of the things I love about Luminar Neo support is how fast they respond to your tech questions! And when you ask for instructions, they will send you both written steps and screen shots that address your concern. Very pleased, as I am a senior and sometimes things are not intuitive to me. :)
