CAI just wanted to thank the Luminar Team… I just wanted to thank the Luminar Team for the fantastic service during the time I have been using the software (which, by the way, is superb). Even silly little questions were answered promptly and with patience, and I have never felt ignored. In addition, I really appreciate the preset bundle I received as a birthday present today. What a nice surprise. Classy all the way around!!

GBFast and Helpful Responses to Your Questions! One of the things I love about Luminar Neo support is how fast they respond to your tech questions! And when you ask for instructions, they will send you both written steps and screen shots that address your concern. Very pleased, as I am a senior and sometimes things are not intuitive to me. :)

AUSkylum support is great I have always found Luminar Neo a great piece of software. However, the last update to 1.19.0 would not install on my system and I contacted Skylum support for help. A support person replied within an hour or so and provided links and steps to take to install the latest version. It worked and the latest software is now working perfectly. Excellent and speedy service from Skylum.

GBSupport team are really good I have to say that the support team do a great job. I had drive issues and had to re-load Neo a few times and when I contacted the team the turnaround was very speedy and helped me a lot. Considering the awful circumstances in Ukraine I say they are doing a great job. Many thanks.

GBNew folder resolves problem exporting jpg files After working on another batch of images I was unable to export jpegs. Aurora HDR just hung up and I was forced to closed the Aurora HDR Program. After two days of this, I searched Google, found nothing helpful. Going back to the program I saw a chat button and was delighted on a California Saturday morning there was a LIVE PERSON on the other end of the chat. She sent my need over to tech support and within perhaps five minutes I had an emailed response with three suggestions to fix the problem. Creating a new folder for saving my files fixed my issue. Good to know that after years of owning Aurora, it's my first time using the support chat and am very pleased at the courtesy, speed and efficiency my problem was resolved.
