GBSlow launch, QUICK solution Subsequent to downloading the latest update of Luminar Neo, the program launch time increased to an unacceptable SEVEN minutes. I contacted Skylum tech support which provided me with a simple solution that reduced the launch time to UNDER ten seconds. REALLY! Excellent service, terrific software!

AUSkylum support is great I have always found Luminar Neo a great piece of software. However, the last update to 1.19.0 would not install on my system and I contacted Skylum support for help. A support person replied within an hour or so and provided links and steps to take to install the latest version. It worked and the latest software is now working perfectly. Excellent and speedy service from Skylum.

GBCustomer service went above and beyond… Customer service went above and beyond helping me solve some issues I was having getting the software to work properly on my computer because of how my computer was configured. I emailed them, and Volodymyr responded quickly and stayed with me via email until everything was working correctly. In today's world, this level of service is certainly deserving of compliment and a showing of appreciation. Thank you for all of the help. Oh yes, I absolutely love the software too and highly recommend it!!

CAAmazing customer service and great product Amazing customer service as well as an amazing product - many updates come with this product and my last one had a snag...A email for help was answered within an hour with the exact fix, easy to follow instructions and bam I was back to editing.

GBI just couldn't get my Neo to connect… I just couldn't get my Neo to connect with PS after the new upgrade. Did all the normal stuff. But immediately that I contacted help desk, they emailed the instructions. I would have never figured that out and it worked!
