Problems Luminar Neo as a plugin after the last update After the last update of Luminar Neo I had some problems opening the plugin in Photoshop and Lightroom. I received a quick response to my request for help. I had to reinstall and uninstall several times following the instructions, but it all worked out in the end. Every question was responded quickly, friendly and efficiently, even in the weekends and late in the evening. Thank you!

Latest update Tried unsuccessfully to open Neo for latest update. Contacted help asking for advice. They sent back a list of instructions to try and open the programme. Being elderly couldn't understand half the technicalities and said so. Received reply telling me to uninstall and re-install. Started to follow the simplified instructions when 'update' flashed onto the screen.Clicked on to it and voila it all happened and I was able to open and use the updated software. Very prompt replies to my queries.

I just couldn't get my Neo to connect… I just couldn't get my Neo to connect with PS after the new upgrade. Did all the normal stuff. But immediately that I contacted help desk, they emailed the instructions. I would have never figured that out and it worked!

A very good helpdesk! Because my PC broke down Because my PC broke down, I (85 years old) had to switch to my MacBookPro. The ladies at the LuminarNEO help desk have been extremely friendly and helpful to me, so that I can now share my edited photos with friends.

Luminar Neo 1.19 crashed solved Luminar Neo 1.19 crashed when I go in the edit module. Very good customer service. Very fast replying, friendly, helpful and understanding, temporary solution by changing the language from Dutch to English solves the problem and shortly after that they bring out a hotfix to solve the language problem for good.
