GBFast and Helpful Responses to Your Questions! One of the things I love about Luminar Neo support is how fast they respond to your tech questions! And when you ask for instructions, they will send you both written steps and screen shots that address your concern. Very pleased, as I am a senior and sometimes things are not intuitive to me. :)

DELuminar Neo is Beta Software I have owned Luminar Neo for 2 years. Mostly because I want to use AI functions, as well as Lightroom functions, but I don't want to pay money for them every month Unfortunately, I've had problems with the program over and over again for the last 2 years. Catalogs don't load properly or not at all, there are problems with Onedrive, the AI functions like upscale... just don't work for me (or only very rarely). In addition, since the Ukraine war, the Luminar logo was, in my opinion, damn ugly and bothered me, luckily that's better now. Luminar Neo has felt like it has been in beta since its release, poor performance and non-functional features are the order of the day. Unfortunately, the idea of a good, subscription-based image editing program hasn't worked out yet, but I still hope for good updates and improvements in the future

GBSupport team are really good I have to say that the support team do a great job. I had drive issues and had to re-load Neo a few times and when I contacted the team the turnaround was very speedy and helped me a lot. Considering the awful circumstances in Ukraine I say they are doing a great job. Many thanks.

BEProblems Luminar Neo as a plugin after the last update After the last update of Luminar Neo I had some problems opening the plugin in Photoshop and Lightroom. I received a quick response to my request for help. I had to reinstall and uninstall several times following the instructions, but it all worked out in the end. Every question was responded quickly, friendly and efficiently, even in the weekends and late in the evening. Thank you!

CAI just wanted to thank the Luminar Team… I just wanted to thank the Luminar Team for the fantastic service during the time I have been using the software (which, by the way, is superb). Even silly little questions were answered promptly and with patience, and I have never felt ignored. In addition, I really appreciate the preset bundle I received as a birthday present today. What a nice surprise. Classy all the way around!!
