DKLoose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.

AUpurchase and installation of pro office for mac i had the subscripton trial and at the end of the trial period, i decided to purchase a lifetime product rather than a subscrition item. i didnt know how to remove and instal, so i contacted chat and Ray Bryan was very patient and helpful. He removed the old program and installed the one i had purchased. He also helped with a couple of issues i had with word and sorted those out. i was extremely impressed with his assistance
