purchase and installation of pro office for mac i had the subscripton trial and at the end of the trial period, i decided to purchase a lifetime product rather than a subscrition item. i didnt know how to remove and instal, so i contacted chat and Ray Bryan was very patient and helpful. He removed the old program and installed the one i had purchased. He also helped with a couple of issues i had with word and sorted those out. i was extremely impressed with his assistance

Frightful Friday I had spent nearly two hours trying to download my new office and finally got a chat going with Paul. Paul ended up taking over the computer (remote access) and performing the entire download and preparatory steps on my behalf. He set me up completely in the best possible way.
