DKLoose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.

AUI was having trouble unlocking office… I was having trouble unlocking office on our volunteer's computer. The unlocking key would not work. Anna from the support team was absolutely fantastic. Showed patience with the slow computer and myself. We were ready to throw it all away. Thank you Anna you saved the day for us volunteers. Another day finished on a huge positive. AUPaul helped me promptly and knew what I needed. Paul has been very quick to attend to my needs and has sorted out the situation, which was MY mistake, in a flash hurry, without a word of complaint. Love this company and will be highly recommending this avenue of SW purchasing to friends and family. Solved a big problem just to acquire the SW in the first place from the comfort of my living room. I am very happy.

AUPing - Support Review Ping, many thanks for your persistence and dedication to resolving this problem. At one stage I didn't think the issue would be resolved but, you soldiered on and after move than 1 1/2 hours I now have MS Office running. AUPing you are my rescuer I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^
