If I could give more then 5 stars I would! We do use ConnectPOS for years now and since last year we also use their MSI possibilities. Their support is amazing, always ready to help, always friendly. We asked for something out of the box, ConnectPOS had to change their logic to do us a favor and a special thanks to Lucy made it all happen for us. Truly recommend!

Amazing service! Mia and the team at Connectpos have been nothing but brilliant, they have helped every step of the way with myself and client. When we needed some customisation done it was no problem at all and was completed within the week. I am more than please with my experience so far and look forward to continuing working with the team on this project and hopefully many others.

Great support in times of need. We had an issue with the connectivity and Hana was more then helpful to help us resolve the problem. On top of that, she was also first to provide us additional feedback on possible improvements for our webshop integration. 10/10 would use again.

Major improvement in support Major improvement in support. It used to seem impossible to get any, but ConnectPOS was listening. They now have 24/7 support by chat or email. They responded in less than five minutes and resolved the issue in even less time. Friendly, efficient, proficient. Excellent.
